Southeastern Republican seeks a Legislative Correspondent to work on an economic portfolio including banking, small business, labor, tax, international commerce/trade, and other issues as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting responses to constituent letters, preparing memos and legislative material for the Senator, and meeting with constituents and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate has excellent research, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced office. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and detail oriented.
