Description:
The Manager of Digital Content will draft and design compelling and effective digital content for Navigator Research, a campaign incubated within The Hub Project that conducts a significant volume of quantitative and qualitative research.Manage day-to-day social media content on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, develop compelling visual assets, help develop message guidance for digital content creators, work with the full Navigator team to develop and execute successful digital campaigns, and track digital analytics for Navigator’s website and email program.3+ years managing a social media program from ideation to execution, experience with Mailchimp, TweetDeck, CrowdTangle, and/or Sprout Social, experience with content management platforms like WordPress, and knowledge of how to analyze social media performance and make adjustments based on key metrics.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day social media content on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok • Develop compelling visual assets – including graphics and videos – to deploy on social media accounts and digital toolkits for amplification • Help develop message guidance for digital content creators using Navigator’s research and data • Work with the full Navigator team to develop and execute successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms • Track digital analytics for Navigator’s website and email program, and use that data to make recommendations on how to adjust our strategy • Update websites and landing pages using WordPress
Qualifications:
• 3+ years managing a social media program from ideation to execution • Experience with Mailchimp, TweetDeck, CrowdTangle, and/or Sprout Social • Experience with content management platforms like WordPress • Knowledge of how to analyze social media performance and make adjustments based on key metrics
