Description:
Senior Director of Marketing and CommunicationsDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, oversee all communications functions, lead the mindset shift to nationally aligned, local/market relevant execution, and associated change management.15+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience, agency, corporate, and nonprofit background, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience across multiple channels, online and offline marketing, partnerships, and events.
Responsibilities:
• Model and lead a positive 'One Cradles' culture
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
• Oversee all communications functions
• Lead the mindset shift to nationally aligned, local/market relevant execution
• Associated change management
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience
• Agency, corporate, and nonprofit background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience across multiple channels, online and offline marketing, partnerships, and events
