Description:
Reputation Ink is a fully remote, woman-owned public relations and marketing agency specializing in B2B professional services.Lead Client Strategy and Relationships, Oversee Integrated PR and Marketing Execution, Manage and Develop Teams, Own Account Performance5–10 years of agency experience, ideally in B2B or professional services, A track record of managing and growing client accounts, Experience leading teams and developing talent, Exceptional writing and editing skills
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to clients
• Develop and oversee annual strategic plans
• Guide clients through complex communications challenges, including crisis situations
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts organically
• Lead and execute primarily PR-driven campaigns, including media relations and earned media strategy, while supporting integrated efforts across thought leadership, content marketing, social media and select digital and creative initiatives
• Ensure all deliverables are high-quality, on time and aligned with client goals
Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of agency experience, ideally in B2B or professional services
• A track record of managing and growing client accounts
• Experience leading teams and developing talent
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
