Description:
The Compliance Manager is responsible for monitoring and reporting key compliance metrics that support the effectiveness of GMR’s compliance program.Lead the design of systems to track, analyze, and report on compliance metrics and KPIs. Manage and enhance compliance reporting tools, including vendor-supported systems.Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare, clinical, or EMS compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of systems to track, analyze, and report on compliance metrics and KPIs.
• Manage and enhance compliance reporting tools, including vendor-supported systems.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, reporting logs, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Serve as the primary subject-matter resource on compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support implementation of new compliance technologies and process improvements.
• Provide leadership with insights and recommendations that improve program maturity and regulatory alignment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare, clinical, or EMS compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with experience interpreting complex data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
