Description:
Issue One is committed to protecting the American rule of law and winning game-changing reforms to fix our broken political system and ensure it works for everyone.The Campaigns Manager plays a critical role in translating Issue One’s national strategy into coordinated, on-the-ground action with external partners.Experience supporting or leading advocacy, organizing, or issue-based campaigns at the local, state, or national level.
Responsibilities:
• Build, foster, organize, and activate coalitions at the local, state, and national levels in key counties and states aligned with Issue One’s national campaign strategy. • Support partners in understanding campaign goals, timelines, and activation opportunities. • Help establish shared norms, processes, and expectations for effective coalition collaboration.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting or leading advocacy, organizing, or issue-based campaigns at the local, state, or national level. • Experience building, managing, or participating in coalitions, partnerships, or multi-organization initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and workstreams.
