Description:
Provide legal support and day-to-day contracting needs for assigned business units and various transactional projects.Draft, negotiate, review, and approve contracts and amendments relating to membership and participation in Premier GPOs.Juris Doctorate (Required), 7 or more years of applicable experience, Active member of a state bar.
Responsibilities:
• Independently draft, negotiate, and review contracts and amendments relating to membership and participation in Premier GPOs.
• Advise business unit leaders on contract interpretation and legal obligations, with input from senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to support additional service line contracting needs as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate (Required)
• 7 or more years of applicable experience
• Active member of a state bar
