Description:
The Belgian Employment team advises clients on a full range of employment-related matters, including Belgian and international transactions and cases.Recruitment and reward, Global restructuring projects, Worker representation, Whistleblowing, Discrimination, D&I and related topics, Termination of employment, Data protection, Outsourcing projects, corporate transactions and due diligence, Handling claims in the Employment Tribunals and Employment Courts of Appeal, Protection of confidentiality and other business interests, Protection and safety at work – labor accidents, Social security, International mobility, Etc.Belgian Master’s degree in Law, and preferably an LLM obtained abroad; ability to show evidence of an attractive academic track record, Qualified to practice as a Lawyer in Belgium, 0–3 years’ experience in employment law as a lawyer, An excellent command of English and Dutch (both verbal and written); good knowledge of French is a plus, Excellent legal and technical language skills, High work standards with strong service orientation, Excellent communication skills, A motivated, open-minded individual who thrives in an environment where excellence, innovation and going the extra mile are the norm, Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, Ability to prioritise and efficiently manage complex files, Well-organised, proactive, flexible, pragmatic, social and a team player, Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment, Accuracy, confidentiality and punctuality are second nature to you, Keen on working in a dynamic yet demanding and rewarding context
