Description:
Communications and PR ManagerBuild and lead a modern content and communications team, shape and drive an integrated communications strategy, lead the evolution of the communications function, serve as a primary steward of Amica’s brand voice, lead Amica’s public relations, thought leadership, and reputation strategy, establish success metrics for communications and PR efforts, provide communications leadership for high-profile, enterprise-level initiatives, build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization, partner across Brand, Media, Digital, Data, and Product teams to ensure communications are integrated, insight-driven, and optimized across the full customer journey.Bachelor’s degree required; degree in English, journalism, communications, or public relations preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the personal lines insurance industry. Experience managing complex, sensitive situations requiring strategic communication, rapid decision-making, and reputational awareness. Strong interpersonal skills and at least five years of experience leading a diverse team.
