Description:
Develop PayPal’s US-focused financial services to support the US-based government relations team’s engagement with US federal and state policymakers.Identify and recommend best practices for government relations and regulatory compliance. Lead functional projects and programs related to government relations. Conduct analysis to understand business trends and their implications for government relations.Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:

• Participate in advocacy efforts to influence public policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with government relations strategies.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and public policy issues.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive policy experience and a strong understanding of financial services issues at both the US federal and state level, along with knowledge of various federal and state regulatory processes, including those related to the CFPB, FDIC, OCC, and Treasury Department.
