Description:
OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation and a trusted partner to a growing national provider network, delivering the clinical insights and tailored technologies needed to expand patient access, strengthen care teams, and improve the health of rural and medically underserved communities.Lead multi-state government relations strategies aligned with organizational priorities, Track, analyze, and influence state legislation and regulations, Draft testimony, comment letters, and policy/data briefs, Build relationships with legislators, agencies, coalitions, and members, Represent OCHIN in hearings, workgroups, and advocacy forums, Other duties as assignedMinimum of 5 years of multi-state government relations experience required, Experience executing multi-state government health care legislative initiatives required, Demonstrated success influencing state policy outcomes, Bachelor’s degree preferred, Experience/working knowledge in health information technology highly preferred (priority given to candidates with this experience), Experience with community health centers and/or rural hospitals highly preferred (priority given to candidates with this experience)
Responsibilities:
• Lead multi-state government relations strategies aligned with organizational priorities

Qualifications:

• Experience/working knowledge in health information technology highly preferred (priority given to candidates with this experience)
