Description:
The International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) is seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to oversee and execute its political engagement and PAC fundraising efforts.Lead and execute IDFA’s PAC strategy, develop and implement targeted fundraising campaigns and events, plan and execute congressional fly-ins and fly-outs, partner with the government relations team, build and maintain relationships with member company executives, oversee political and fundraising events, develop compelling communications and materials, ensure full compliance with all PAC regulations, reporting, and governance requirements, advise senior leadership on political engagement strategy and opportunities.7–10+ years of experience in PAC management, political fundraising, or government affairs, proven ability to drive fundraising results and execute complex, high-profile initiatives, experience planning and leading fly-ins, fly-outs, or similar advocacy programs, strong communication skills and ability to engage senior executives and policymakers, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with Federal Election Committee fundraising rules, compliance, and filings, professional, proactive, and collaborative approach, Bachelor’s degree required.

• 7–10+ years of experience in PAC management, political fundraising, or government affairs • Proven ability to drive fundraising results and execute complex, high-profile initiatives • Experience planning and leading fly-ins, fly-outs, or similar advocacy programs • Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior executives and policymakers • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Federal Election Committee fundraising rules, compliance, and filings
