Description:
The Administration and Communications Associate (ACA) will primarily work on supporting CICS operations and communications efforts on both its alternative response and law enforcement initiatives.Managing and executing all of CICS’s operational and administrative processes, including building out and maintaining CICS’s internal operational systems, managing and tracking invoices and contracts between CICS and its vendors and suppliers, managing team-wide financial transactions, managing CICS financial reconciliation processes, managing logistics related to CICS events, and managing the ABLE Project’s Salesforce account.An undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience) and demonstrated interest in criminal system reform, social work, psychology, or other related social justice fields, 2–4 years of experience in operations or communications, extraordinary capacity for flexibility while maintaining attention to detail, strong writing skills, exemplary collaborative capacity, ability to work independently on projects in a fast-paced and changing environment, outstanding interpersonal communications skills amongst a diverse set of key stakeholders, including law enforcement officers and civil rights activists, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, basic graphic design, and/or social media experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
