Description:
Supervises and directs the work of the Communications Department, overseeing the production of print and digital publications for the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF). Manages the organization’s public relations, communications, advertising, and sponsorship revenue generation, and provides strategic guidance to the Executive Vice President (EVP).Public Information Officer Duties, Communications & Community Relations Planning, Media Outreach, Community Engagement, Committee & Election Support, Board Meeting Support, Publication & Media Oversight, Content Development, Event Coverage, Advertising Operations, Advertising & Sponsorship Strategy, Internal & External CommunicationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; 3+ years of experience in public relations, community relations, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
