The Democratic staff of the House Committee on Ways and Means seek a paid
Communications Intern to join a fast-paced, committed team for Summer 2026. The
Intern must have graphic design experience, enjoy advancing the Committee’s priorities,
and holding Republicans accountable. Scheduling is flexible for candidates with academic
commitments
Responsibilities:
• Pitch timely, punchy social media content
• Produce high-quality graphics and videos in conjunction with the team
• Assist the team with managing press lists and website
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated understanding of or familiarity with Ways and Means’ jurisdiction
