Senator Barrasso has an immediate opening for a Field Assistant in either his Casper OR Cheyenne, WY office.
Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting visitors, and facilitating correspondence and incoming casework. This position is also tasked with some administrative functions, including managing office equipment and supplies, assisting with print media tracking, helping with the internship program and serving as support to staff across the state.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be organized, have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, be self-driven and have strong written and oral communication skills. Strong writing skills are a must. Evening and weekend hours are sometimes required. Wyoming natives or strong Wyoming ties preferred.
