The Senate has established the Stars of Valor Fellowships Program for wounded and disabled veterans; family members of Armed Forces servicemembers who die in the line of duty or veterans who die of service-connected injuries; and spouses of active-duty servicemembers.

The SAA is managing the program, and the fellowship will be in Harrisburg, PA.
