Responsibilities:
Senator Amy Klobuchar is accepting applications for law clerks for Fall 2026 to work in-person in her Washington, D.C. office. Law clerks will assist Senator Klobuchar’s Judiciary Committee staff with research, hearing preparation, and drafting memos. Projects will focus on a variety of areas within the Judiciary Committee’s jurisdiction, including criminal law, antitrust, civil rights, immigration, and judicial nominations.
Qualifications:
Applicants to the law clerk program must be currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school or have recently graduated from an ABA accredited law school.
