A northeastern Democratic Senator and Member of the Senate Finance Committee is seeking an experienced Legislative Assistant to lead their tax, financial services, housing, small business, and postal service portfolio. The Legislative Assistant will serve as the Senator’s principal advisor and representative on legislative matters within the designated policy areas. Successful candidates should have strong written and oral communication skills, an in-depth understanding of the issue areas, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
