Description:
Colorado Senator Michael Bennet seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to serve as Director of Scheduling. The Director of Scheduling reports to the Chief of Staff and supervises an Assistant Scheduler to maintain the Senator’s schedule, correspondence, and briefing materials. This role also acts as a primary liaison for the Senator with staff, the public, principals, and other Senators.
The ideal candidate can anticipate scheduling changes, manage the Senator’s time in the most efficient manner possible, and ensure the Senator’s timeliness and preparedness for each engagement. The Director of Scheduling must be able to perform all

Long hours are often required in this position. Previous Scheduling experience on the Hill or similar is required. Western ties and/or experience working for Senate committee leadership are a plus.
