About the Campaign - Tired of empty promises from establishment politicians, Hadley Anthony is running to deliver change long overdue for her community. As a champion for immigrant rights, bold climate action, and an economy built on union jobs, she is running during a pivotal moment when leadership is needed most. While this residential administration threatens freedoms and serves the top 1%, Hadley's platform will focus on creating a level playing field for everyone by finally passing Medicare for All into law, working towards federal legislation capping rent increases, and holding accountable war criminals and fascist extremists, both domestic and abroad, to the full extent of the law. The old ways of politics no longer work. This campaign will focus on lifting up and serving the community, not the other way around.
Position Overview - The Campaign Manager is tasked with overseeing all aspects of the campaign. The CM will develop, implement, and manage the campaign plan, including staff hiring and management, handling consultant communication and deliverables, budgeting, cash flow, political outreach, overseeing the finance plan, undraising staff and operations, and overseeing communication staff and operations. CM will also be the primary staffer for candidate relationship, staffing, and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day campaign operations, ranging from managing staff, serving as the point of contact for external relations, and ensuring consistency with campaign goals and strategy.
• Represent the campaign to external organizations, interest holders, and at events as needed by the candidate.
• Manage project deliverables and communication with campaign consultants.
• Hire, onboard, and supervise campaign staff, ensuring that deliverables are met for success.
• Execute the fundraising and organizing plans alongside the Finance Director and Organizing Director.
• Work alongside the Finance Director to oversee the finances of the campaign, including budgeting, overseeing the execution of the finance plan, fundraising staff and operations, and record keeping compliance.
• Lead political outreach strategy on behalf of the campaign, coordinating public event appearances and relationship building for the candidate with key community figures and groups. Political outreach will be done in coordination with the Organizing Director.
• Collaborate with the candidate and Communications Director to maintain consistent messaging that elevates key themes and issues of the campaign.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two previous campaign cycles in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with federal election law and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work long hours, travel, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in NPG VAN and ActBlue software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while thriving in a fast paced environment.
