Federal Affairs Lead

• Engage with policymakers across Congress and the Executive Branch on Reflection AI’s priority issues, including national security, procurement, energy, infrastructure, and AI governance • Own the full lobbying cycle: identify targets, develop the ask, schedule and execute meetings, track commitments, and follow through to outcomes • Monitor and engage on legislation, markups, and regulatory activity — providing real-time intelligence to leadership and flagging inflection points that require action • Develop and execute advocacy campaigns in coordination with cross-functional partners • Draft and deliver materials such as leave-behinds, one-pagers, testimony support, and other documents that make policy positions land on the Hill • Advise leadership on political feasibility, legislative timing, and stakeholder dynamics — translating what’s happening into clear strategic guidance
