Description:
Develop and execute digital communications strategies to expand the reach, effectiveness, and impact of ACGME communications.Manage digital communications program, email marketing, digital campaigns, and audience engagement across online platforms.Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the ACGME’s digital communications program, including email marketing, digital campaigns, and audience engagement across online platforms. • Oversee the organization’s e‑Communication program, including the weekly e‑Communication and targeted email communications to specific stakeholder audiences. • Maintain and govern email distribution lists and segmentation strategies, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with applicable communication and CAN‑SPAM standards, and effective audience targeting. • Collaborate with communications colleagues and subject matter experts on ACGME teams to plan and execute digital campaigns supporting organizational initiatives, programs, and events. • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), including campaign setup, targeting, budget coordination, and performance monitoring. • Evaluate and responsibly apply emerging digital tools and technologies—including organization‑approved AI tools—to improve communications effectiveness while protecting brand integrity and data security.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Eight to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, digital communications, or audience engagement roles. • Demonstrated experience managing email marketing platforms, digital communications tools, or marketing automation systems. • Experience analyzing digital performance metrics and using data to inform communications strategies. • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.
