Description:
VP of Marketing will serve as a key architect of VOW’s expansion into new audiences.Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy, own the marketing tech stack, and use analytics to provide actionable insights.10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on growth in nonprofit organizations, startups, social impact, or social entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic guidance on all marketing and communications initiatives
• Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that grows revenue and brand awareness
• Own the marketing tech stack and use analytics to provide actionable insights
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritizing high-impact growth opportunities
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications
• Experience testing growth strategies with new audiences and designing experiments
• Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies
• Experience optimizing websites and content for SEO and emerging AI-driven search experiences
