Description:
Lead comprehensive 360-degree organizing efforts through a 50-State Strategy.Nationwide Strategic Leadership, Organizing & Community Engagement, 360-Degree Campaign Execution, Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration, Data-Driven Decision MakingBachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Administration preferred, or equivalent experience. At least 8 years of experience in substantially similar roles.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-layered campaigns that drive LGBTQ+ equality across key issue areas
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure a consistent, unified message and approach on individual campaign efforts
• Manage all aspects of Rapid Response actions, whether in DC or across the country, engaging volunteers and staff and ensuring HRC is visibly represented
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of leadership managing a 50-state organizing effort or similar large-scale campaign initiatives with a strong focus on grassroots mobilization
• Deep understanding of organizing, voter outreach, and campaign strategy across diverse communities
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
