Description:
RiVidium is seeking a Media Intelligence / Social Listening Analyst to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP).Monitor social and media channels to identify trends, sentiment, and relevant audience issues. Analyze media and social listening data to support strategic communication decisions.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor social and media channels to identify trends, sentiment, and relevant audience issues.
• Analyze media and social listening data to support strategic communication decisions.
• Prepare reports and recommendations that help improve message timing, reach, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with outreach and analytics teams to translate findings into action.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Senior (10+ yrs).
• Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission‑focused delivery environment.
