Description:
The Digital Communications & Content Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of Vantive’s corporate digital channels across external and internal audiences, including corporate websites, social media platforms, and internal communications channels.Digital Management & Monitoring, Content Planning & Editorial Management, Digital Governance & Enablement, Project, Vendor & Cross-functional Management, Measurement & Continuous ImprovementBachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience), 5–8 years of experience in digital or corporate communications with hands-on responsibility managing digital channels
Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day channel execution
• Community management
• Issue response coordination
• Publishing workflow management
• Strategy execution partnership
Qualifications:
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to manage multiple workstreams within an established framework
• Adaptability and problem-solving mindset, with comfort in a growing, evolving function
• Flexibility to support priority communications, including occasional off-hours needs
