Description:
Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing strategies and achieving aggressive growth goals.Develop, mentor, and coach an internal marketing team; Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.7+ years managing a marketing team in a B2B organization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment; Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Management: Develop, mentor, and coach an internal marketing team.
• Strategy & Tactics: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
• Metrics & Reporting: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Software/Hardware Expenses: Manage the marketing budget, including allocation of funds for software, hardware, and other resources necessary for campaign execution.
• Achieving Department Goals: Set ambitious yet achievable targets for the marketing team and monitor progress toward meeting departmental objectives.
• Vendor Communication: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with company goals and standards and maximize return on investment.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years managing a marketing team in a B2B organization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a team toward achieving common goals.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Understanding of and/or proficiency in design software, CRM and marketing automation software (Sugar Market/Sell CRM), and websites.
