Description:
Lead the strategic direction of our social presence across platforms.Own and evolve social strategy, lead the content calendar, develop creative briefs, partner with creative teams, refine platform playbooks, monitor performance, grow TikTok and Instagram, strengthen organic + paid alignment, collaborate with paid media partners, manage external agencies, turn insights into action, stay culturally fluent, lead and mentor reports.6+ years experience leading social strategy and managing owned channels for a consumer brand, worked at culturally relevant brands known for strong storytelling, know TikTok and Instagram natively and understand real-time platform behavior, built strategies from scratch including reporting frameworks, align organic and paid teams in meaningful ways, write strong creative briefs that creatives actually want to use, think strategically and execute well, managed agencies and know how to get great work from partners, collaborate confidently with creative leadership, proactive, curious, and excited by social culture.
