Description:
Transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and other technology and AI-related agreements, provide regulatory and product counsel as needed, and provide training and develop resources in support of sales and other cross-functional teams.3+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house, transactional background including SaaS, technology, IP licensing, commercial agreements, and/or M&A, creative, independent thinking, and ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial AI SaaS contracts and other technology and AI-related agreements

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house
