Description:
23andMe is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Executive Social Media Content Creator to serve as the dedicated content arm for the Founder/CEO.Develop editorial calendars, script posts and short-form video, and craft captions that capture the Founder/CEO’s authentic voice across platforms.3–6+ years of professional experience in social media content creation or digital marketing, with at least 2 years of executive or high-profile personal brand management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop editorial calendars, script posts and short-form video, and craft captions that capture the Founder/CEO’s authentic voice across platforms.
• Film and photograph on the ground at events, speaking engagements, lab visits, and day-in-the-life moments.
• Manage end-to-end post-production including video editing, graphic design, and asset creation.
• Review performance metrics, identify what’s working, and iterate on the content strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop and steward the Founder/CEO’s social media persona across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content independently, from ideation through publishing.
Qualifications:
• 3–6+ years of professional experience in social media content creation or digital marketing, with at least 2 years of executive or high-profile personal brand management.
• Proven track record managing social media accounts for C-suite executives, public figures, or thought leaders.
• Comfortable filming professional-quality content using both smartphones and DSLR cameras.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut for video editing.
• Exceptional editorial skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone for executive-level communications.
