Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Search to achieve Rula’s patient marketing objectives through data-driven, highly automated execution and scale of its paid search program.Exceeding patient starts targets within a required LTV ROI, by applying AI-first, data driven optimizations to maximize headroom of the program.7+ years of related professional experience directly executing and managing paid search programs, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platform mastery, expert understanding of sound account and campaign architecture, optimization levers, and smart bidding.
Responsibilities:
• Exceeding patient starts targets within a required LTV ROI, by applying AI-first, data driven optimizations to maximize headroom of the program.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller, and unafraid to “make it happen” in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear command of your inputs and understand how to clearly and succinctly diagnose problems, triage, and communicate required actions or outcomes with key stakeholders including Analytics and Finance.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of related professional experience directly executing and managing paid search programs
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platform mastery
• Expert understanding of sound account and campaign architecture, optimization levers, and smart bidding
