Description:
Develop and deploy member-facing and B2B communications that are regulated and/or operational.Own and manage the end-to-end intake process for all member-facing operational communications, partner with Compliance, Legal, and Brand teams, track and maintain documentation of approvals, develop and manage a comprehensive operational communications calendar, support the development and deployment of operational communications, lead coordination of State of Emergency communications, collaborate cross-functionally with operations, network management, customer experience, and line-of-business teams, ensure communications align with brand voice and tone, and monitor performance and feedback on operational communications.Bachelor's degree in a related field such as communications or business, at least 5 years of prior relevant experience, experience with project management and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage workflows and coordinate across multiple stakeholders, experience working within structured approval environments, proficiency with project management and workflow tools and Microsoft Office Suite, strong written communication skills, and Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint experience (or similar tools) preferred.
