Partner Manager, Government, Politics, and Advocacy Meta is seeking an experienced Partner Manager who will serve as a critical partner to Government, Politics and Advocacy clients utilizing our commercial products to build community and advance their organizational goals through digital advertising. In this role, you will establish and strengthen key client relationships by providing advertiser education and support. A successful Partner Manager has demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance ecosystem, seeks to understand the nuances of the industry, makes progress on projects when requirements or priorities are evolving, and has effective communication skills, as well as demonstrated experience collaborating across teams. This person will have demonstrated experience working well within a team, experience using Meta, managing cross-functional projects and relationships, and demonstrated experience partnering with Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance organizations in the digital advertising space. Partner Manager, Government, Politics, and Advocacy Responsibilities Establish relationships and manage existing relationships across the Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance marketing and advertising ecosystem, building trust and credibility in Meta and its suite of products. Understand key decision-makers and influencers, as well as clients’ organizational objectives; establish and maintain actionable relationship maps. Demonstrate the value of Meta products as a key driver for impact, inform partners of vertical-specific processes, and provide Meta best practices specific to Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance objectives. Navigate a complex ecosystem of partners, with new challenges and opportunities arising every day, and thoughtfully facilitate escalations internally. Develop and implement creative solutions that align Meta’s approach to Government, Politics, Advocacy, and Compliance with partner needs. Manage sophisticated relationships with a wide-ranging group of internal cross-functional teams, including social impact, policy, sales operations, creative, marketing science, and policy teams, ensuring the group delivers on expectations. Attend and present at events to represent Meta Advertising solutions. Serve as an external product consultant and lead agency, client, and industry trainings to educate stakeholders on paid and organic products (market permitting). Supervise internal account operations and partner with the concierge service operations team to drive high-quality solutions at scale for the government, politics, advocacy, and compliance vertical. Identify relevant industry trends and capture product and innovation needs based on client and industry feedback. Inform and respond to RFPs with appropriate target audiences. Synthesize data and insights for internal and external audiences. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver service solutions across the government, politics, and advocacy vertical, ensuring teams deliver on expectations and escalating as needed. Develop productive and trusting relationships with partners and their stakeholders by demonstrating the value of Meta products as a key driver for civic engagement.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience partnering and managing marketing-focused relationships, or 3+ years with an MBA or Master’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience working on digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends.
• Experience introducing new products, processes, and systems to clients.
• Experience working with advertising agencies or consultants, policymakers, governments, politicians, nonprofits, or advocacy organizations.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Understanding of the overall government, politics, and advocacy vertical and geopolitical climate.
• In-depth knowledge of government, politics, and advocacy trends, partners, sensitivities, Meta’s unique relationship with each partner, and the associated risks.
• Experience developing thought leadership in the government, politics, and advocacy space.
• Demonstrated experience managing ongoing partner priorities independently, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience navigating internal resources and building trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends, including direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, and partnerships.
• Experience partnering with compliance and legal functions.
