Description:
The Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico seeks a Field Representative/Grants Specialist based in his Caguas, Puerto Rico office.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing incoming and outgoing casework, providing technical assistance to constituents seeking federal grants, tracking NOFOs and program updates, coordinating letters of support and congressional documentation, and serving as a representative for the Member at District events.
Qualifications:
Fully fluent in Spanish and English languages, minimum of 3-5 years of similar experience, strong writing and organizational skills, collaborative, energetic, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and committed to public service.
