Description:
The House Committee on Oversight and Reform Democratic Staff is seeking a full-time Press Intern to work in the Committee's Washington, D.C. office.
Responsibilities:
Compiling daily news clips, Assisting with graphic design, Drafting press releases and other written materials, Copy editing written materials, Maintaining press lists, Clipping committee remarks and cable hits, Media monitoring and researching.
Qualifications:
Previous intern experience in communications, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Keen attention to detail, Deadlines.
