Description:
The Resident Commissioner of Puerto Rico seeks a Field Representative/Projects Coordinator to act as a liaison to federal, state, and local government entities and agencies on behalf of the Resident Commissioner’s constituents.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing constituent casework, assist constituents in identifying and pursuing federal grant opportunities, plan and execute congressional programs and delegated outreach projects, prepare and coordinate letters of support and other congressional correspondence and documentation, and represent the Resident Commissioner at events and meetings throughout the District.
Qualifications:
Fully fluent in Spanish and English languages, minimum of 2-4 years of similar experience, strong writing and organizational skills, collaborative, energetic, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and committed to public service.
