Description:
Congressman Jason Crow (CO-06) seeks a full-time Constituent Advocate to serve in his District Office in Aurora, Colorado.
The annual salary of this position is $60,000. In addition, the Congressman’s office offers a

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include serving as a caseworker for issues related to federal agencies, taking constituent meetings and phone calls as needed, working closely with other members of the team to provide excellent constituent services, coordinating with the District Director on outreach plans, reporting to senior staff on casework trends, and staffing the Member during district work periods.
Qualifications:
While this is not an entry level position, a college degree is not required. Non-traditional candidates with a background in casework or previous experience in a governmental office are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, commitment to public service, and discretion with sensitive information. Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, a compassionate disposition, and a constant willingness to learn and grow are essential. Knowledge of Colorado’s 6th Congressional District is highly preferred.
