Description:
The Office of Congresswoman Grace Meng is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team-player to serve as Scheduler in a fast-paced Capitol Hill office.
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities include maintaining the Member’s schedule; managing logistics; booking travel; interfacing with constituent groups; organizing event invitations and meeting requests; providing operational support, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will be confident in organizing a high volume of requests, balancing multiple priorities and competing interests, and communicating proactively to colleagues. Successful candidates will be problem solvers who think on their feet, quickly process information, maintain calm under pressure, and don’t take themselves too seriously.
