Description:
The Office of U.S. Representative Greg Stanton seeks an experienced Scheduler / Executive Assistant for the Washington, D.C. office in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Member, Chief of Staff, and senior staff to determine and finalize the Member’s daily schedule and briefing materials... Manages all aspects of the internship program for the Member office in accordance with office policies and procedures
Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Performs work thoroughly and accurately; acts conscientiously when attending to detail. Decision Making: Makes sound, well-informed, and objective decisions; understands the impact and implications of decisions.
