Senator McCormick is seeking a Deputy Scheduler / Assistant to the Chief of Staff to join the Washington, D.C. team. The position is for someone that is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. The Deputy Scheduler will support the Director of Scheduling in managing incoming scheduling requests, assisting in event management of the Keystone Coffee, and maintaining the calendar for the Chief of Staff. This role provides critical support to the scheduling team and works closely with senior staff to ensure the Senator's time is managed efficiently and strategically. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who thrives under pressure, exercises sound judgment, and maintains the highest level of discretion.
