Description:
The Office of U.S. Representative Dan Goldman (D-NY-10) is seeking to hire a detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Scheduler OR Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
Managing the Member's daily and long-term schedule, including organizing and tracking invitations, scheduling requests, and public engagements for the Member; coordinating travel arrangements; and keeping the Member on schedule throughout the day. Additional responsibilities include compiling the Member's daily briefing materials, as well as other administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment. Experience organizing a schedule or serving as an executive assistant is preferred. At least one year working in a congressional office is a plus. 2-3 years of professional working experience is preferred.
